Birmingham-based Freelance CBT Therapist Wanted

We are a rapidly growing Psychological Therapy Practice seeking an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team. Based in Central Birmingham, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients and therapists.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for managing your own time and client load, with regular support from our team. We require at least two clinic blocks available weekly from morning to evening options.

In return, we offer a competitive sessional fee structure, free clinical supervision, and professional indemnity insurance.

Requirements:

  • A Postgraduate level Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Qualification (PG Dip, Masters or Doctoral Level)
  • CURRENT Accreditation by the BABCP or HCPC Registration
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience
  • A valid DBS certificate with no practice restrictions

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £40,000-£55,000 based on 15-20 sessions per week.
