About the Role

As a part-time mental health therapist with Spring Health, you will have the opportunity to provide counseling services to clients in need. This is a remote and/or in-person position that allows for flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide short-term goal-focused EAP and long-term employer health plan sessions as medically necessary.
  • Treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Possibly treat additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation within our scheduling system.
  • Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with our provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever needed.
Requirements:
  • You hold an unrestricted license to practice counseling in the United Kingdom.
  • Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years of post-licensed experience.
  • You're comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Training and experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT modalities.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
