Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to drive sales effectiveness and optimise the use of key sales tools and data insights. The successful candidate will support wider Revenue Enablement initiatives to empower our sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Stay updated on new features and functionalities within the Sales technology stack and wider Revenue Enablement best practices – provide comprehensive training and support to Sales teams on these updates.
  • Data Utilisation and Analytics
    • Analyse data from sales tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve proficiency and effectiveness.
    • Sales Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of revenue enablement programs and initiatives. Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performance and areas for improvement.
  • Content Development and Management
    • Create, curate, and manage revenue enablement content, tools, and resources.
  • Training and Development
    • Design and deliver sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales tool utilisation and adoption.

About You

  1. Experience and proficiency in utilising and training others in Salesforce, Gong, and other related Sales technologies.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and translate this into actionable insights.
  3. Curiosity and a desire to interrogate data to drive and enable business decisions.
