Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team at PIB Group. As a key member of the Marketing and Sales teams, you will play a vital role in supporting our business growth initiatives.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Support the development of sales collateral and marketing materials
- Liaise with colleagues to identify and initiate new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress
What You'll Need:
- Strong communication and financial literacy skills
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills with attention to detail
- Highly organized with ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Computer literate with Excel, Word, Outlook
- Adaptable to changing business needs
- Ambitious, driven, and initiative-taker
- Positive attitude to learning and industry immersion
- Degree or relevant experience

- Understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
