We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement and Growth Executive to join our team at Hireful. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and has a proven track record in sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a solid grasp of financial literacy and be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales enablement strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and initiate new business opportunities
  • Support Request for Proposal (RfP) initiative and responses for clients and prospects
  • Manage and update sales collateral for new business opportunities
  • Represent Hireful brand at external events, conferences, and internally
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing
  • Strong communication skills and financial literacy
  • Able to engage and build relationships internally and externally with various partners
  • Good Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with an eye for detail
  • Highly organised and someone who can juggle multiple deadlines
