About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a national business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable growth through effective sales strategies and team management.
- Motivate and coach a team of talented sales professionals to reach their full potential.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Experience selling or leading a team selling a service into the BioTech, Life Sciences, Food Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical sectors or similar sectors.
What We Offer:
A basic salary between £65,000 and £70,000, Bonus Scheme, Comprehensive benefits package including Car, Private Healthcare, etc. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
