Salary: £35-40k base / £50-55k OTE (with accelerators for overperformance)
Job Description:
The role involves engaging across multi-channels to drive and capture interest, converting to demos and qualified opportunities. You will hit your numbers by owning your demo and SAL targets.
Responsibilities:
- Hit your numbers by owning your demo and SAL targets
- Engage across multi-channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc.) to drive and capture interest converting to demos and qualified opportunities
- Develop yourself to the top of your game by learning the latest in sales methodologies being taught in the team and taking on frequent coaching
- Work closely with the rest of the Sales team to learn from each other, develop/sharpen skills, and add to our culture
- Collaborate with Product as you receive feedback from prospects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably 2-3 years' experience as an SDR in SaaS
- Consistent track record of smashing their number
- High energy & charisma
- Meticulous and detail sensitive
- Desire to overachieve and a hunger to learn
