Salary: £35-40k base / £50-55k OTE (with accelerators for overperformance)

Job Description:

The role involves engaging across multi-channels to drive and capture interest, converting to demos and qualified opportunities. You will hit your numbers by owning your demo and SAL targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Hit your numbers by owning your demo and SAL targets
  • Engage across multi-channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc.) to drive and capture interest converting to demos and qualified opportunities
  • Develop yourself to the top of your game by learning the latest in sales methodologies being taught in the team and taking on frequent coaching
  • Work closely with the rest of the Sales team to learn from each other, develop/sharpen skills, and add to our culture
  • Collaborate with Product as you receive feedback from prospects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably 2-3 years' experience as an SDR in SaaS
  • Consistent track record of smashing their number
  • High energy & charisma
  • Meticulous and detail sensitive
  • Desire to overachieve and a hunger to learn
