Sales Performance Executive



This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for growth and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Performance Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, contributing towards high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximising revenue opportunities in the local area.



About the Role

Key responsibilities include achieving agreed revenue targets, creating new sales opportunities, and researching prospects to generate sales leads. You will also be expected to contact potential and existing customers through face-to-face engagement, phone calls, and emails.



About You

We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You should be hardworking, determined, and resilient, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. A strong self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven individual with experience of handling objections and understanding customer needs is required for this role.
