Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Central region of the UK.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing our sales strategy across specific vertical markets, working closely with our Senior Business Development Managers to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including design engineers, production management, procurement, and maintenance teams.
  3. Work with our Business Development Team, Product Managers, and Marketing to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to inform business decisions.
  5. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Desired Skills and Experience
  1. Technical sales background with a strong understanding of complex sales processes and selling to OEMs and End Users.
  2. Experience in sales management, including developing and executing sales plans, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and achieving sales objectives.
  5. Clean driving license and willingness to travel within the Central region of the UK.

Salary: Up to £50k Basic salary DOE + 30% OTE (year 1) - can be doubled on over achievement + Car scheme (hybrid options) + pension + 22 days holiday (rises with length of service to 27) + laptop/mobile + healthcare cash plans.
