Job Overview:

With a deep understanding of complex medical devices, you will support the development and implementation of strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Interventionalists, Echocardiologists, and surgeons.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and think creatively will be essential in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be expected to achieve sales targets while maintaining all aspects of commercial activity, including KOL relationships, competitor analysis, and pricing. You will also be responsible for managing logistics between the site and our company related to procedural support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional results in your designated territory.

Requirements:
  • Degree preferable.
  • Experience in complex medical device sales is preferred, ideally imaging/cardiology.
  • Strong Cardiac Anatomy & Physiology knowledge and familiarity with cath lab/operating room procedures and protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Ideal prior sales experience, but a purely clinical profile will be considered.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support a large territory.
  • Proven ability to deliver results.
  • Demonstrate initiative and work with a high degree of independence.
  • Be a team player and demonstrate high personal involvement with commitment to the customer.


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, life assurance, and a flexible benefits scheme.
