Job Summary

As an Agriculture Area Sales Manager with our company, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with all contacts in your territory, meeting activity targets, and delivering campaigns to grow the business.

The Position

  1. Developing and improving excellent relationships with all new and existing partners.
  2. Winning opportunities and supporting through the sales process (coaching).
  3. Monitoring sales data for territory and keeping up to date with market trends and partners' needs.
  4. Ensuring account profiles are updated swiftly and accurately for all partners.
  5. Following up all leads within 24 hours.
  6. Ensuring management reports are accurate and submitted on time.
  7. Managing all aspects of pipeline from gaining opportunities to closing them down.
  8. Aware of competitive activities within major partners/accounts.
  9. Recording activities promptly on Salesforce CRM database.
  10. Preparing and delivering sales presentations to new and existing Partners/Developers/Third Parties detailing the success & credibility of products.
  11. Maintaining financial acumen with pricing, and providing comprehensive reports to RM, making recommendations for territory.
  12. Involved in the creation of sales strategy for territory & present to Sales/Managing Director for approval.
  13. Identifying underperforming partners, presenting and executing strategy for recovery within the reporting timeframe.
  14. Full responsibility for small installations & improvements, support in large installations.
  15. Visual merchandising whilst visiting all partners.
