About the Role

As the face of our client in the Midlands, you will drive new business and deepen relationships with existing clients. Develop strategies to increase market penetration, ensuring we remain the go-to provider in the industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a leading materials handling business and shape its future in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow market presence and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, for orders ranging from £20K - £2M.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing clients with a consultative sales approach and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide insights and reports on territory performance and market trends.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and growing market share across a high-potential territory.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in sales within the materials handling, industrial equipment, or similar sectors. You're a natural relationship builder with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.

A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within materials handling or industrial solutions, is required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a proactive, driven, and results-oriented approach with a customer-centric mindset.
