This is a full-time permanent role covering the Southern Territory, requiring strong analytical skills and passion for sales.   • Develop and implement sales plans, goals, and objectives to meet business targets\
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities\
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners\
  • Mentor and coach sales teams to improve performance and achieve sales targets\
  • Monitor and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies\
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through partnerships, joint ventures, or other strategic initiatives\
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track sales performance and drive business growth\
  • Implement and maintain effective sales processes, systems, and tools to support sales teams and drive business success\
  • Provide input into product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and customer engagement\
  • Represent Scooterpac at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and attract new business opportunities
