Commercial Sales Director

Auxo Commercial, a leading UK security and safety product supplier with an extensive portfolio of over 1000+ products, seeks a seasoned Area Sales Manager to maintain and expand the existing client base in the southern region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage up to 250 active accounts across Southern England, focusing on growth from existing clients
- Develop and retain the customer portfolio through effective turnover, margin, product mix, and price management strategies
- Oversee single account spending up to £250k per annum, staying informed about market trends and competitor activity
- Proven track record in selling diverse product portfolios to retail or distribution channels
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
- Demonstrated ability to balance existing account management with new business activities
- Effective territory management and time management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills at all levels
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs, and presenting via Teams/Zoom
This role is ideal for experienced professionals who have held positions such as Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Specification Manager, Regional Account Manager, Field Sales Executive, or Sales Representative.
