We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Novoexec. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and helping shape the company's future.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in heavy industrial markets to take on a challenging and rewarding Sales Manager position. Working closely with our Sales Director, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and interacting with existing and new customer accounts within the marketplace. You will also have the opportunity to improve and modernise our sales processes and procedures, ensuring we remain competitive and effective in our industry.

Main Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Sales Director on strategic revenue growth and contribute to achieving this goal.
- Plan, manage, and interact with both existing and new customer accounts within the marketplace.
- Improve, enhance, and modernise the company's sales processes and procedures.
- Visit customers regularly to assess their needs and identify potential opportunities.
- Promote up and cross-selling benefits and functions to all customer accounts.
- Assist with after-sales and service queries, investigating customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Proven sales experience in heavy industrial markets.
- A commercially focused background, likely as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.
- Experience working in industrial engineering companies, manufacturing, or services - preferably based in the West Midlands or nearby.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
