About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our existing client base, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth and expansion in the southern region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 250+ active accounts across Southern England, focusing on growth from existing clients and developing strategic partnerships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the security or safety industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and ability to develop effective partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies
