About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue sales leads, negotiate sales, and follow up on estimates.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Provide a professional point of contact for customers and promote new products.
  • Ensure commitments to customers are realistic and achievable.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activities.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in field sales experience in the construction industry.
  • The ability to establish strong relationships with existing industry contacts.
  • Self-motivation and experience in territory sales planning and diary management.
  • A strong understanding of products and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
