We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Midlands area, responsible for increasing existing business, creating new business, and implementing strategies as directed by the National Sales Manager. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with travel agencies and vendors, as well as out on the road at least 3 days a week, visiting agencies and attending events.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales account development within the travel industry, ideally with independent travel agencies. A valid driver's license and access to a car are also essential.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £52,500 (£37,000 + £15,000 OTE), making it a highly competitive opportunity. The job is home-based, covering the Midlands with regular travel as far north as Nottingham and as far south as Cheltenham. Additional benefits include 20 days' holiday, plus birthday, 3 wellbeing days, and a bonus day at Christmas. Private medical insurance is also provided.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies and vendors
  • Assist the National Sales Manager in various aspects of running the sales function
  • Implement strategies to increase existing business and create new business
  • Achieve sales revenue, budgetary, and corporate business KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
