Pearson is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our vocational education initiatives in the UK – Midlands region. This role will focus on driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence in the vocational education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for your region to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Identify and develop new opportunities through targeted prospecting, presentations, and data-driven strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

A competitive base salary of £60,000 plus bonus will be offered to the successful candidate.

Ongoing training and professional development opportunities will be provided to support the growth and development of the individual.

An attractive pension scheme and benefits such as health and dental will be available to all employees.

Travel allowance will be provided to support the individual in their role.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and a valid driver's license with access to a car for travel.
