We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our vocational education initiatives in the UK – Midlands region. This role will focus on driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence in the vocational education sector.

Sales Performance and Growth
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for your region to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Identify and develop new opportunities through targeted prospecting, presentations, and data-driven strategies.
  3. Deliver accurate and timely financial forecasts, and commercial performance reporting.

Competitive base salary of £60,000 plus bonus.

Travel allowance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and a valid driver's license with access to a car for travel.
