About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Brsk.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts across Birmingham and the West Midlands, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

You will work closely with our existing sales team, utilising your expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to achieve sales targets.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including performance-related bonuses and opportunities for career progression.
