Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Trainee to join our sales team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and suppliers, communicating effectively and promptly, and meeting company expectations in relation to target income, company procedures, and KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare and send quotes and sales information to customers as requested to agreed deadlines.
  • Sample Arrangements: Arrange samples for projects and maintain stocks and showroom facility where applicable.
  • Project Hub Support: Utilize the company project HUB to provide administration support to the external sales team.
  • Database Management: Be proactive in organizing databases for mailshots and supporting company marketing activities.
  • Performance Expectations: Meet company expectations in relation to target income, company procedures, and KPIs to ensure progression up the sales ladder.
  • Training and Development: Embrace training and development on sales and product knowledge to enhance career growth opportunities.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 basic salary.
  • OTE: OTE circa £30,000.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday + BH (increases with years of service).
