Senior Sales Development Representative Specialist

The key to success in this role lies in owning and crushing your demo and SAL targets. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and video, with the ultimate goal of converting interest into demos and qualified opportunities.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself to the top of your game by learning the latest sales methodologies and receiving frequent coaching. Collaboration with the rest of the sales team is also crucial, as we work together to learn from each other, sharpen our skills, and foster a positive company culture.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious SDR who has consistently hit their numbers, possesses high energy and charisma, and is meticulous and detail-sensitive. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to overachieve and a hunger to learn.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35-40k base / £50-55k OTE (with accelerators for overperformance), as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes 25 days paid holiday, zero-excess private health insurance, and genuine remote working options.
