**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new leads and building relationships with decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years outbound B2B telesales experience, preferably in the SaaS or service management sectors. They will be proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other SDR platforms.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Proactively connect with prospects through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently track and maintain accurate lead records
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with business leaders and decision-makers
  • Showcase our software's features, addressing customer needs

The salary for this position is up to £35k, plus uncapped commission (OTE £50k+). We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days a week in our Central Birmingham office.
