Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Sphera. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our Product Stewardship business lines, including Chemical Management and SDS Authoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new customer base
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver executive-level sales dialogue and presentations
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and drive revenue growth
  • Develop in-depth understanding of our Product Stewardship software and its value proposition
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000
  • Proven track record of success in closing large and complex sales
  • Strong hunter skills and experience working with or selling to the chemical industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and navigate complex matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
