We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at People & Process Solutions Int. Ltd. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth in the NHS sector by providing expert support and guidance to our sales teams.

Job Overview:

  • Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert support and guidance to sales teams
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the NHS sector
  • Building relationships with NHS staff and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Creating quotes and proposals that convert
  • Winning orders with typical values between £5k and £100k

Requirements:

  • Min 4 years max 10 years BDM / Sales experience
  • Experience of selling into the NHS sector
  • Well-organised and very ambitious to succeed
  • Great product demonstration skills
  • Great at building customer relationships

Remuneration:

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including an OTE of £90,000 (split into a base of £55,000 and a bonus of £35,000 based on history of success) and a company vehicle.
