Nexus Elite is seeking a Strategic Sales Director to lead our STS business unit to continued success. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.

The STS division specializes in providing high-quality deep cleaning and hotel housekeeping services to the PBSA and university sectors. To achieve our business objectives, we need someone who can work closely with our Business Unit Director and Administration Manager to secure new contracts with PBSA organizations and universities.

As Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business expansion and increase revenue. You will also be required to complete bids in private sector (PBSA) and public sector (university) RFP processes. Our Business Development Director will provide support, but you must demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver a £1m+ sales target.

We offer a competitive package, including a basic salary dependant on experience, plus commission and car allowance. Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in the facilities management industry. Public sector/university bid experience is desirable but not essential. We require evidence of achieving significant sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
