About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with key clients.

With a strong background in hotel sales and a passion for the hospitality industry, you will have a proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and closing agreements. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with key clients
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Conduct market research campaigns to identify new business opportunities
  • Use CRM systems to track key account metrics and forecast annual budgets
