The newly created position of Sector Development Lead will play a crucial role in strengthening our UK team. As a senior member of the sales community, you will devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and objectives. Deliver on sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for key prospects within a specific market.
  • Reviewing customer terms and conditions, proposing necessary amendments, and identifying associated commercial and operational risks.
  • Creating financial profitability forecasts for new business ventures.
  • Hunting for sales opportunities and maximizing sales potential.
  • Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing schedules.


This role involves significant UK-wide travel, including nights away and regular time spent in our Divisional Office in Birmingham.

We seek an experienced New Business Sales professional from Facilities / Services contract sales or a related field. Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset is essential.

In this role, you can expect a high-performance earning potential, a full company benefits package, ongoing career development, and opportunities in the UK and internationally. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
