Regional Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Professional to join our team at Consult in the West Midlands area.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and develop key relationships across the NHS hierarchy, aligning with our Clinical Support Manager to secure strategically important opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed territory sales targets and other performance-related company metrics, leveraging market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage target accounts, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver profitable commercial solutions and expand our presence in primary and secondary care sectors.
- Support the territory tender process to maintain and secure new contracts and formulary positions, engaging with clinical team members and directors across Acute, Primary, Community, and Private care sectors.
About You:
- A proven track record of selling similar MedTech products, preferably advanced wound care and NPWT, with a deep understanding of key account management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect sales functions to procurement and manage commercial decisions effectively.
- Demonstrated consultative value-add proposition selling skills, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
