Role Overview

TechYard Recruitment is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive our client acquisition and expansion efforts.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead new business development and account management initiatives, working closely with industry-leading experts in Quality Assurance (QA) and technology services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales plans to win new clients and expand existing accounts, contributing to overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Build Relationships: Leverage your existing network and relationships to identify new business opportunities and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Account Management: Own and manage key accounts, working closely with clients to understand their strategic business and technology needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work with top-tier consultants and subject matter experts to deepen your knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and become an authority in the field.
  • Consultative Sales: Partner with Principal Consultants to align client needs with our solutions, developing long-term strategies and roadmaps that drive growth.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with a proven track record in sales, specifically in the QA/Testing or technology services industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in both winning new business and retaining existing clients.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, specifically in the QA/Testing or technology services industry, with experience in both winning new business and retaining existing clients.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong ability to drive new business, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that deliver value.
  • Strategic Mindset: Able to build and nurture relationships at all levels, with a focus on long-term partnerships and enterprise-level clients.
  • Account Growth Focus: Experience in growing and expanding key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and deepening client engagement.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
