Enterprise Sales Manager

In the role of Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities in the UK market. This requires a self-motivated individual who excels in building relationships, has a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions. With a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, you will meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely from the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within target organisations to understand their security needs and challenges
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to effectively navigate complex sales cycles and close new business opportunities
- Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven enterprise sales experience, preferably selling software solutions or security-related products/services
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Apart from your technical skills, we are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of the security industry and its operations workflows.
