Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, and committed to providing top-notch support to the legal team in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and legal teams.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, including letters, contracts, and court filings.
  • Manage and organize legal files, ensuring accurate filing and retrieval of documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Assist with the preparation of trial bundles and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent typing and document production skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
