Job Summary:
As a Reception and Administrative Support staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments, and ensuring they have all necessary information
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, distributing, and filing documents
  • Providing general administrative support to our teams, including data entry, report generation, and filing

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; administration qualification (SVQ) an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email software

Salary:£24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
