**Job Description**

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a skilled Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Spiritual Care Service, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Spiritual Care and the service.

The successful candidate will have experience in an admin support or office environment, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. You will be required to work co-operatively within a team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in administration and secretarial work, with the potential for flexible working hours. The core hours of the service are 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility as to the hours worked each day.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including paid annual leave and access to training opportunities.
