About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our solicitors and legal teams.

Key Duties
  • Provide secretarial support to solicitors, drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents, including letters, contracts, and court filings.
  • Manage and organize legal files, ensuring accurate filing and retrieval of documents, and maintaining confidentiality as required.
  • Assist with the preparation of trial bundles and other legal documents, working closely with external parties such as clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is essential.
  • Excellent typing and document production skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Estimated Salary
