About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Purchasing Administrator to provide administrative support to our Purchasing Manager and team. You will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing messages, and maintaining the supplier database.

Key Responsibilities include assisting with procurement activities, ensuring system data is compliant with company procedures, maintaining pricing databases, and processing purchase orders from initiation through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a purchasing or procurement environment, and strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and database management.
