We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Clerical Assistant 2 to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience of working in an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  2. Manage our filing systems and maintain accurate records
  3. Assist with events and meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  4. Perform other administrative tasks as required
