About the Role:

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our management team, handling various tasks such as answering phone calls, maintaining files, and supporting staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing administrative support to management team members
  • Greeting visitors and engaging with residents
  • Supporting prospective clients and their families

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
