Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and flexible individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Employee Director. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including diary management, meeting organization, and a range of other tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to get involved in a range of work and is able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Diary management and organization of meetings
  • Preparation of agendas and minutes
  • Administrative tasks in support of the Employee Director

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Working Hours
