The successful candidate will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to executives and senior managers, as well as manage diaries, coordinate projects, and act as secretariat for meetings and steering groups. This role requires excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior managers
  • Managing diaries and coordinating meetings and events
  • Coordinating projects and initiatives
  • Acting as secretariat for meetings and steering groups
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. PECOS and SSTS knowledge would be beneficial, but training will be provided.
