Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Type: Fixed Term (12 months)

Hours: Full Time (Monday - Friday)

Location: Inverness

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

The Castle View Personnel Careers team is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to the Executive department on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who can work well on their own initiative and as part of a wider team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level administrative service, including:

  • Meeting and presentation support
  • Management Report collation
  • Carrying out a wide range of administrative duties within a busy department

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of the Executive department.
