Administrative Support Professional

NHS Highland is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their People Services team as an Administrative Support Professional. The successful candidate will support the team in providing organisational administrative support, working towards an SVQ in Business and Administration (SCQF Level 6) and CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the People Services team
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes
- Support the team in delivering high-quality services to patients and staff
- Work towards an SVQ in Business and Administration (SCQF Level 6) and CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice
Requirements:
- Commitment to all aspects of learning and development in the role
- Ability to work across the team to develop a broad understanding of the profession
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Minimum Secretarial / Administration qualification at Higher grade / SVQ 3 level or equivalent competence
