The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services. Key responsibilities will include diary management, confidential secretarial support, project administration, and acting as secretariat for meetings and steering groups.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the public sector, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and teams

Requirements:
