Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and flexible individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Employee Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for diary management, arranging meetings, and preparing minutes and agendas. They will also provide a range of other administrative tasks to support the Employee Director.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

This is an interesting and varied role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the success of the team and help to achieve the goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Preparing minutes and agendas
  • Providing administrative support to the Employee Director
  • Carrying out a range of other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
