Job Summary:
Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Inverness. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain department, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain department
Assist with purchasing and procurement processes
Maintain accurate records and databases
Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in administration or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
