Job Description:


We are looking for a skilled Business Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Inverness office. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of client data, answering phone calls, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a professional services environment, such as Accountancy, Legal or Property
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Able to work accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to attend regular company presentations and meetings
