Key Responsibilities

As an Business Operations Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team. This includes receiving and handling calls and email communications, and maintaining digital files and documents.

You will also be responsible for updating the ISO9001 process with the responsible Director, keeping all necessary records, and providing organisational assistance at annual events.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience within a similar administrative role. They should possess a friendly and approachable manner, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
