Business Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Administration Assistant to join our team at DYWICH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering telephone calls, meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, and assisting the Accounts Department as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments, and ensuring they have all necessary information
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, distributing, and filing documents
- Assisting the Accounts Department with tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; administration qualification (SVQ) an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email software
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
On-the-job training and assistance to achieve an SVQ in Administration will be provided.
