Company Overview: Castle View Personnel is a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our team in Inverness.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between £25,000 and £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Summary: As a Business Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Directors and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage client data, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with our clients and colleagues, communicating effectively through email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: An understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
